Cats have highly developed senses of smell, sight and touch. They live in isolation, are more autonomous and independent animals living in groups. They are very territorial, from small compete with the rest of his brothers to be closer to his "mom" when maman. They are very clever, they grow predation practiced techniques to achieve their effective hunting. Despite being the smallest cat in the world, keep hunting behavior of all big cats and many of its physical characteristics. They can claim to be great because they are stealthy hunters, climbers and experts working predators. It is believed that the African wildcat is its closest ancestor. From an early age learn to mark their territory by scratching trees with their claws, which also serves to keep them sharper. Its fingers are glands that secrete a scent that is steeped in the place scratched. In the nose, around the eyes, on the chin and the side of the mouth, also have glands that secrete an odor so many times, when rubbed on the legs of their owners or furniture, indicate what is property. This usually do when you are happy and relaxed. They use their front legs for pushing, slapping and catching. If your legs are bent and do not take the grip means they are playing. Its distinctive purr during childhood they learn to recognize them and their mothers as adults is a sign of welcome and subordination to its owner. The movement of the tail is a sign of joy and concern, as in dogs. When they play and are entertained, the tail is held straight and upright. The whiskers reflect your mood. When you are relaxed, happy and eager to play, the whiskers are fully extended and when are curious, they go forward, but if they are afraid or are irritated, his whiskers are thrown back. Ears can move in all directions. If you are relaxed, kept upright and mobile, if the cast fight back to avoid bites and when they are angry the lead forward. The mouth keep it open only to smell. In fact when a cat is frightened or angry, show teeth and hiss because they feel threatened. They are good friends of men. There are more than 60 breeds of cats, but the most popular and well known are, among others, Angora, Siamese, Persian - with over two hundred varieties - or bailinés. Like dogs, every race is different not only in appearance, but by their attitudes and character.
